I was just thinking about what you said today, when somebody brought up a question of whether we wanted to make a decision on a case-by-case basis or establish a rule.... My head was screaming, "rules-based decision making! Not my favorite!" Gave me a good chuckle. It's always so funny to watch yourself react to these things, especially when you suddenly have a framework to see it all through.
